Free Shipping/ Shipping Timeliness
Free shipping applies to lower contiguous US states.
Special Rates shall apply for shipments to AK, HI, Canada, and beyond.
Same day shipping for orders received by 12:00 noon for traditional Pro*Line Rolling Racks, Wall Racks, and Clamps.
(In most cases orders received by 2:00pm go out the same day via UPS Ground (for above types).
Vis-i-Rack and Traditional Plan Rack Type orders typically ship same day or next day via UPS or Fed Ex Ground. All other manufacturer’s shipping is in accordance with their policies. Special colors typically require extra time. In the event products are not in inventory seller shall exercise in prompt and reasonable attempts to notify purchaser as to when the order shall arrive.

Purchase Orders/ Terms:
We will consider all requests for Terms via Purchase Orders from Government Agencies, Schools, and medium to large institutions. You may request via e mail.

Damages:
All damages in shipping must be reported in writing (E mail or Fax) to Merchant within 24 hrs of order delivery. No credit for damaged goods shall be granted after that point in time. Although all Vis-i-Rack products are welded steel and powder coated for enduring finish, the shipment packaging is soft, and may appear damaged. Please advise those who may receive the product to not refuse delivery as the product is most likely in excellent shape.

If you receive damaged product, please photograph the damage and e mail the photos along with a description to our contact e mail address, and we will process the claim with our shipper. Note: Less than 1% of shipments over the past five years have had any claims of damage whatsoever.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If purchaser determines (within a period of one year from initial purchase) that a different Vis-i-Rack Plan Rack Type (model) would be more fitting for his application, Merchant will exchange product for product type provided that product is not damaged. Purchaser must pay return and new shipping and handling costs, as well as a 10% handling fee.

Product Specifications and Production of Goods:
Interactive Building Services reserves the right to make minor design and production changes to all products, and endeavors to constantly fine tune products in view of meeting customer needs. It should be noted that all Vis-i-Rack products are custom fabricated in a steel factory prior to the powder coating process, and may display small imperfections or differences from one section to another.

Custom Orders:
Please contact Interactive Building Services for any Custom Orders. There are variations on the style and configuration of our racks which are adaptable to meet most needs. Since every Vis-i-Rack plan rack is individually fabricated, it is likely that we can fabricate your desired plan rack system to fit your needs of height, depth of bins, etc.

Returns:
International Purchases and Shipments: All international sales are final, no returns are accepted once shipped. Upon receiving an international order, our warehouse agent will contact UPS to procure the cost of extra shipping to your location. You have no obligation to use UPS, however in 95% of our shipments they are well accepted by our customers, and UPS can manage the brokerage services if they are necessary. Optionally you are welcome to use your own broker or shipper or both/ either. The UPS extra charge will not include any taxes, duties, fees, etc. charged by your location jurisdiction once the order ships from our warehouse. Customer is responsible for managing process of duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. on their side of the transaction. In the event shipment is unable to be fully processed in customer’s location customer is responsible for all costs and no refunds shall be made whatsoever. Interactive Building Services will accept returns of all Vis-i-Rack products for a period of thirty days from date of purchase. Purchaser must carefully wrap products and pay return shipping cost. In addition there will be a 25% restocking/handling fee applied against credit (unless order has not been processed in which case the restocking/handling fee will be reduced to 20%. The 25% restocking/handling fee shall also extend to attempted but unsuccessful deliveries. In the event UPS or FEDEX returns shipment to originator Customer must either cancel order and accept a 75% refund, or optionally pay the additional re-delivery fee assessed by the carrier. Credits or refunds will be awarded within 10 days from receiving returned goods provide they are not damaged.Traditional Plan Rack products are not able to be returned for credit or partial credit without an explicit “RA” (Return Authorization)from the manufacturer. No credits or refunds shall be provided for clamps or custom orders without merchant’s pre-approval. Authorized returns which included gift certificates, discounts, or special pricing shall include full return of those dollars to seller at point of credit or refund issuance.

Safety regarding Vis-i-Rack Products.
You will love your new organizational tool; however please never let children run around in the vicinity of the racks, they could potentially be poked (in spite of them containing vinyl end-caps). Children should be kept from attempting to climb them and get hurt. Never leave children unattended in the location of your plan rack system. Be sure and attach your vinyl end caps (included in your parts package) to assist in preventing injury from the ends of the “rungs”. Contact Interactive Building Services should you have any additional issues or concerns.

Taxes:
Sales tax shall be collected unless buyer presents either a Tax-Exempt or Resale Certificate.

Pro-File and Vis-i-Rack Products:
Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Interactive Building Services, Inc. pledges to repair or replace, at Interactive’s Option, any Pro-File or Vis-i-Rack product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for ten (10) years as long as you, the original purchaser, remains its owner. This is the sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to the Provisions below:

Warranty Subject to Exclusions:
Exclusions pertaining to this warranty are as follows but are not limited to:
– Product or product components utilized with the intent to rent or lease.
– Freight damages; Pro-File Inc. is not liable for any product damages sustained during shipping or handling operations..
– Normal wear and tear which is to be expected over the course of ownership.
– Product negligence; A product is not considered defective upon improper installation, or misuse of the product or its components.
– Alterations or attachments to the product that were not approved by Pro-File Inc.
-Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
All warranty claims shall be processed in a pro-rata assessment based on the longevity of the use of the product/ products.

Mayline Product Warranty:
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY – Effective December 1, 2009
The Mayline Group promises to repair or replace any Mayline Group (includes Mayline Company, Tiffany Industries, and Kwik-File) brand product or component manufactured after 1/1/2000, that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. This is the sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to limitations, exclusions and other provisions detailed below.
Limitations involving materials and components:
The materials and components listed below are covered according to the following schedule from the date of sale:
Ten Years: Electrical components, seating controls, seating pneumatic cylinders, wood seating components.
Five Years: Fabric and leather seating upholstery, seating foam, seating armrests, and veneer finishes.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, which is to be expected over the course of ownership.
• Damage caused by the carrier in-transit, which will be handled under Mayline Group’s Freight Damage policy.
• Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Mayline Group.
• Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
• Products used for rental purposes.

Seating Usage:
Normal commercial usage for seating is to be defined as the equivalent of a single shift within a 40-hour workweek. To the extent that a seating product is used in a manner exceeding this, the applicable warranty period will be reduced in a pro-rata manner (excluding Model 2424AG which is warranted for multiple shifts).
Note: Some natural variations occurring in wood or leather materials are inherent in their character, and cannot be avoided. Mayline Group does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of such materials.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE MAYLINE GROUP MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE MAYLINE GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

We pledge to repair or replace, at Safco’s option, any Safco product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. This warranty is subject to the provisions below.

Liability Limitations:
The following listed parts, components and supplies are covered under warranty in accordance with the below schedule following the product purchase date.
Twelve Years Wood seating
Ten Years Seating controls and Rumba Series Laminates
Five Years Glides, casters, and polymer-based components, stacking chairs, useradjustable
work surface mechanisms, seating upholstery fabrics, foam, laminates,
veneer finishes and other covering materials, drawer glides and power strips.

Warranty Subject to Exclusions:
Exclusions pertaining to this warranty are as follows but are not limited to:
• Product or product components utilized with the intent to rent or lease.
• Freight damages; Safco is not liable for any product damages sustained during shipping or
handling operations. Safco provides specific policies and requirements regarding shipping
and handling and reserves the right to review and address product distribution matters
separately.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Product negligence; A product is not considered defective upon improper installation, or
misuse of the product or its components.
• Alterations or attachments to the product that were not approved by Safco.
• All corrugated products or components.
Safco’s warranty obligation is limited to normal use upon receipt of our products.
Normal commercial usage for seating is defined as the equivalent of a single shift, forty (40) hour workweek. To the extent that a seating product is used in a manner exceeding this, the applicable warranty period will be reduced in a pro-rata manner.
Models warranted for multiple shifts:
• Task master® industrial series
• Soft-tough® series
• Workfit® polyurethane series

Warranty Procedures:
Please follow the warranty procedures described below to ensure aptly responsive service.
1. Once a defect has been discovered, the original purchaser must contact Safco immediately
(within 30 days of defect detection) with the serial number(s) from the product(s) in question.
2. Upon inspection of the product(s), Safco will collect all relevant information necessary for review of the request.
3. Product replacement, replacement parts, and repairs will be authorized by a customer service
representative if acknowledged to be necessary under product warranty eligibility conditions.

Specific Limitations Regarding Color Variations, Fabrics and Finishes:
Natural products have varying grains and colors. Due to such natural variations occurring in materials such as wood and leather, these characteristics are not considered defects. Safco does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains or textures of such materials.
Materials supplied, selected or provided by the customer (COM) are not warranted.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN THOSE CLEARLY STATED HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
Buyer is responsible for freight to and from factory on all warranty claims. Any description of the goods sold here under, including any reference to Buyer’s specifications and any description in catalogs, circulars and other written material published by Safco, is the sole purpose of identifying such goods and shall not create an express warranty that the goods shall conform to such description. SAFCO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES NOR FOR ANY SUM IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.

Final Notes:
Completion of your purchase shall constitute your agreement with and compliance to all Terms and Conditions contained herein. You are to convey these terms and conditions to all intended to use these products, and to those in the future who you may convey these products to.
